Harris revealed full-back Michael Jamison was about a month away from returning from a knee injury, and said he was a chance to come back through the VFL.

"I'm not sure how they'll bring him back," Harris said. "It'll depend on his conditioning. But he's probably still 3-4 weeks away.

Title of the thread needs changing....

Harris said Carrazzo was still "1-2 away" yet Ratts said he was a near cert to play this week.

It's the Seinfeld Chinese Restaurant episode all over.

When will Jamo be back?

"Oh, in about three, four weeks".

Doc's not so optimistic

He'll be fit for Qatar in October, which will hold him in good stead for 2012

This is because we didn't send him to Arizona for two weeks. He'd be back in and have polled 8 brownlow votes already if we'd done that.

Hopefully Jamo's twitter post and Ratts are telling the truth and he is only two weeks away!

I was sitting in the Carlton cafe sipping a latte
To my pleasant surprise, all the senior players walked into the adjoining room for lunch.
I spoke to Jamo for a few minutes actually, started by telling him my thoughts on the medical staff letting him back on the ground after he had done his injury, suggesting more damage may have occured? He quickly assured me he had/has the utmost confidence in the staff. As it turns out he said the type of injury he sustained would not have got worse by going back on the ground.
He then said "I will be back for the Hawthorn game"
I hope the match commitee sees him fit enough to play.
(He looked in fantastic shape)

He'll be back for the Saints game I'd bet.
