Brocks missed tackle that led to the Edwards goal. Bloody hell. Did slightly make amends with a comfortable, but hardly starring performance in the second half. Won't be dropped on that. Hope he goes to town on the Dees next week.
The good, confident Jordan Russell is going to have to turn up because Touhy and Davies do not look out of place. I fancy it is Touhy that will be most under the microscope.
How good was the battle between Petrie and Hendo? I didn't have Hendo beating Dish as convincingly as others seem to, but he did play well.
Swallow easily best on ground, with Simmo and Scotland next. Old heads.
Gibbs, as good as you are, take a leaf from Simmo and Duigans book. Eyes only for the ball.
Duigan, mark of the year. Not only is he the worlds angriest missionary, he is the bravest.
Kreuzer is a ruckman first and foremost and looks so much more comfortable playing as a 200cm ruck rover roaming free around the ground (or in his case, head down pushing blokes aside as he barges through a pack). The need for Waite in the forward line intensifies.
And if Oscar makes Juddy this grumpy after 3 days, wait until the little un gets a cold.
Yaz, just keep running.
Robbo the dominator.
Go Blues.
I'm pretty much in total agreeance with this, SydMatt. McLean looks oh so painfully slow out there and makes a few tackles but sure as hell misses a few too. Pass this week, just.
Gibbs is hardening up i reckon and i thought actually led the way with intensity in the second quarter when he sensed danger. Proud of that - exactly what we need.
