Pros:

The crazyboy from Lauderdale
Hampson's rucking was good
Duigan
Yarran is a star
Tex's kicking at goal - keep up the practising coz its working. Others (i.e. waite) should spend some time with good old tex.
Second half dominance

Cons:
Waite's Kicking
Garlett's first half
Too many grubber kicks again, into forward fifty and through the middle
Not playing as a team for half a game
Jamo going down, glad to hear its an ankle and not knee

Overall, gotta be happy. Next week IN Henderson Out: Setanta

Indeed Murph, Scotland, Carrazzo and Thornton were all also very good.

Pros

Robbo - I love you, you crazy bastard
Walker - Star
Yarran - The Rich talk is surely over now. Superstar in the making.
Murphy - All class
Scotland - Mr Reliable.
Hammer - Showing some signs.
Two players in the top 10 goal kickers.
So much depth at the moment.
Really gave them a touch up in the end.

Cons

Jeffrey's first half - out of character. - Still kicked a lazy 4.
Waite - Trash game.
Setanta -Could have been anything if he grew up playing AFL.
Curnow - Had a rough come back - Will be better next week.
Dwayne Fuck-ing Russell - Tool of the millenium.

Pro : Melbourne going to town on Essendon* as a payback to Carlton for the
bruise-free remark.

You don't have to understand it to love it.

Pro #2 : Port Adelaide not being prepared to offer us a decent trade for
Walker. Wonder if they're still happy about that call?

Pro - fought and dug our way out of a dangerous position
- done without huge game from Judd
- Robinson is getting better
- Duigan
- Hampson

Cons
- Waite. His propensity to do dumb things on a football field continue to astound. He should be better than this

Pro:

Hampson took most of the ruck contests, did well & did some nice things around the ground
Skills in the wet were good
Gibbs was tidy as usual
Walker, the final against Syd was the turning point of his career
Won without a big game from the captain
Catching up with GWS Moshe & Jars

Con:

Some crap kicks from Garlett and Waite
First half was just a rubbish game

Pros:

Catching up with CK95

Cons:

Catching up with Jars and Moshe. Fairly ordinary games by those two...

Pros

Second half.
Walker. Sensational game. Without him converting in the first half, we would of been in a bigger hole.
Murph. Elite. Worked his way through heavy attention and still highly influential.
Robbo. Huge impact today, great game. Not sure if he goes hard enough though
Scotto. Mr Reliable. Having a great season.
Hammer. Thought he was great all day especially early.
Carrazzo's handball in the 3rd.
Working our way through a very ordinary performance to blow them away.

Cons

First half. Insipid by our current standards. Skills, decision making, hardness, defensive pressure all very, very ordinary.
Garlett. Had a shocker unfortunately.
Waite. Was off today. Having a great season but still gives away too many stupid frees.

Hammer - under pressure to hold his spot, he has stood up these last two weeks
same goes for T-bird (as above)
the team has a sense of resolve about it.....they are playing for each other and the team

Foot skills in first half were poor and there was some selfish bits of play when the first option was not taken

I heard Ratts say that the first option bit was addressed at 1/2 time

Pleasing part after Port kicked the first of the second half they didnt score another goal

Disagree. When the game was on the line in the first 3 quarters, he made some howlers. Cost us 3 or 4 goals.

I'm a huge Garlett fan however today wasn't up there with his finest imho.

thought that he must be relishing playing in a strong side after all those years battling the odds.

would be a just reward for doing it so tough if he tasted real success

As much as I love Jeff he was pretty ordinary in the first half although he had mates.
