Saw his first game for Carlton, and loved him ever since. Could do anything!
Four things off the top of my head that stand out:
1. Kicked 4 goals in the last quarter against Hawthorn (in Carlton's 12 goal qtr) FROM THE WING!!! Round 2 1969 - I was there!
2. Starred in the 1970 GF, and was probably our best player for four quarters (along with Swan McKay). (I was there too).
3. I can't remember when it was - must've been 1971. He was sick most of the year, but he came back for our last or 2nd-last game against Collingwood. They played him at FF and he kicked 8 goals and took a speccie where he was horizontal OVER a pack. I wasn't there for some reason but remember that mark being replayed on TV.
4. Some time in the late 70s, I was at the Heatley Stand end, he was playing for Norf, and Ian Robinson paid a free kick against him. Tiger seemed to go ballistic and ran towards Robinson who started running backwards. Tiger was waving his arms and yelling at him, and the crowd went into a frenzy, booing and yelling. I worked with Ian Robinson at the time, and asked him on Monday what Tiger had said. It went something like this "run backwards Ian, and I'll keep waving my arms and pretend that I'm yelling at you - the crowd loves it and they'll go nuts!" CLASSIC!!
** Edit. I didn't want to change my recollections, because I love 'em just the way they are

, but I checked the Blueseum, and the 8 goals against Collingwood was actually 5

. Oh, and the horizontal mark was actually BEFORE 1971, because it's on the cover of the April 1971 Football Life. MY BAD!!
