Not suprised players are awake till the early hours. I am suprised they do early morning recovery far better to let them sleep and then attend recovery around midday.

Odd thing for is that after Sparring I am awake until about 1 and wake up fine but after a full on BJJ session I flake it early and wake up barely able to move.

I reckon thats why they get beaten so often, they do the post match activity pre match and are a little bit fuzzy when they run out

I have struggled to sleep after most CFC games this year
Usually at night (only 1 day game so far) and usually nail biters
