would any of you buy into theory that kane lucas is being played in vfl, hasnt been seen since rd 1 because club knows he's going to GWS?

he is playing in the VFL because he is playing shit

if he was going to GWS and was playing well right now we would be wanting to play him to a) utilise his talent while we have it and b) to up his value in the AFLs mind so we get a better return in the way of picks when he goes to GWS

I'm just throwing this up there because I believe Murphy will stay but if you believe he is holding out because of this new players agreement, then why are guys like Pendlebury and Swan signing with their clubs prior?

Apparently Thomas is close to re signing as well and I am sure there have been other key signings from other clubs this season.

Why wouldn't other players hold out if it made so much sense?

I heard on the Channel 10 news that Pendles has only signed a one year deal.
