one of the better wins for a long time!! couldnt be happier with the result.

thought we didnt play the conditions well in the 2nd quarter, but our 2nd half was outstanding.

Judd, seriously, what an amazing footballer!!

And i hate to say it, Big Irish gave us more in 1 game than Hampson did in 5!!

I also think Ratts & co should be congratulated - I think they have consistently got the idea of subs right!

This is a good win

Well done Bluebaggers!!

I think we'll need every one of the nine days we've got until St Kilda. They'd be a sore (and happy!!) bunch right about now.

lets not forget....
The swines last game was at the scg in the wet at night before a bye.

They had every tactical advantage over us tonight.

It might have taken our boys more time to adapt to the wet footy but we beat em anyway................

106 tackles to 88, just sensational against Sydney in the wet.

Let's not forget Setanta's efforts, especially his first half. Thought he was terrific.

Amazing what a difference correct team selection makes:
Hampson has been terrible for 5 weeks, would have offered nothing based on ability but also the wet conditions - Ohailpin a clever replacement, offers so much more ion both the ruck and fwd pressure.
Armfield was very good when he came on. Joseph was the correct player to sub off and doesnt have enough strings to his bow (yet).
Next week Yaz returns and replaces Jospeh and its nearly our best team (except for Kreuzer and possibly Bower)

Credit to the panel for persisting with Betts, he finally repaid the faith. (I admit I was wrong - I would have dropped him 2 weeks ago)

Judd showed tonight why he is No 1.

Nice to know that we have the likes of Kreuzer, Yarran, Lucas, Bower, Henderson and possibly McLean to come into the side.
