I cannot believe we are still in this game to be honest.

Ducks 0.6 to us 0.5 that 1/4, we need to regroup and just stick to the simple things because this game is not lost yet. The ground is drying out which will suit us better, however some of our players look spent already.

I reckon we need to run our on-ballers into the ground this 1/4 and then pull the trigger on our sub and get Armfield into the action because only way we're going to have a chance at winning is by rolling the dice, the ducks love grinding low-scoring games out.

FFS pull your finger out Blues!!

We're lucky to be just 14 points down.

No chance of winning if we keep playing this low percentage footy. Kick it long and work it inch by inch.

When you get a mark or a free kick, kick it long don't wait for a lead or for the umpire to call play on, you're just lowering your percentages.

I can handle losing giving it our best shot and losing to a quality side in the Swans. I just can't stand when we make it harder for ourselves by not playing to the conditions.

AJ our best ATM, as soon as he gets it he puts it on the boot.

Ed Curnow - 16 disposals, 7 tackles (can't tell how effective the disposals were though...)

It's more fun watching the game during the quarter I find, rather spending the entire quarter posting your inner feelings on the internet for everyone to read.

Who will Armfield sub for?

I'd go Joseph.

This makes for some hilarious reading.

Are we 14 goals or 14 points down?

Did Waite seriously get criticised for not holding marks in pouring rain and wet conditions?

Keep it going guys

No he got criticised for infringing in every other contest, whinging at the umpire constantly, and then wondering why he can't buy a free.

Chest marks Brad. After he'd brought it in, only to let it slide out the side because he clutched at it with his forearms.

It really does feel like we're discovering wet weather footy every time we play in it. We're genuinely confused about whether to stick to the usual, or change things up. Wake the !@#$%& up Carlton...

Jim, its been pissing down out there. Do you have any idea how wet everything is? If you think its easy, go grab a footy, jump in the shower, turn the water on, throw a little soap on the ball and see how easy you handle it.

Why would you clap lazy football..? :screwy:

What does bagging the shit out of your team on an internet forum prove..? This place is worse than big footy sometimes. Some of you's are absolutely embarrassing, is like the world is ending.

I'm frustrated by Joseph's inability to hit any target by foot and by Curnow's up and under kicks. But we're not far off. Just need come luck and to be clean.

The last 10 minutes of that quarter we were grinding it out like pro's.

Keep grinding boy's if you can beat the Swans in this bog, you're going to another level.

Agree apart from the umpire part, some people seem to thrive on us playing badly

Shit weather suits Sydneys style of play and they're simply wanting it more.

Judd is apparently wearing a straitjacket with Kieran Jack's face painted on it.

They effectively go 50m up and 5 metres forward, before being spoiled 20 metres back in the other direction. He should consider a shorter drop punt for once rather than kicking it around the corner every time. If it goes 20 metres forward, skids another 10 in the wet, and then gets tied up in a contest, that's a win.

Nah sorry cimm, no chance of us grinding this out, all hope is lost, its terrible, our worst nightmare, all doom and gloom here.
