Not good. On a night like tonight, being second to the ball, lazy in defence and not keeping your feet, are even greater sins than usual.

I'll be surprised if we don't lose comfortably.

not only this but our mids cheat , they are lazy and position themselves goal side for the easy hand off

with only maybe 1 going in to get it - we lose that and then the opposition are away

look like geniuses when it comes off - idiots when it doesnt

Too much effort for little reward, where as the Swans just get piss easy goals for no work.

Long night ahead I'm tipping.

Don't know which is Worse, umpiring or our stupid players.

Wet weather makes footy a simple game. Ball always goes in straight line, usually goes to back of packs etc. Yet some of our players think it is dry.

Going ok - just can't seem to take that next step. That last goal to them was a killer.
Liked The Irish, having a real dip, as is Robbo. Eddie needs to stop trying to do the cute stuff just put the body on the line.
Tough conditions but this will be a good test for us.

Shit quarter. Defensive efforts were poor once the ball was the other side of the wing.

All this pressure by the forwards right up to centre of the ground, then Sydney will get a kick over the top of true CHF and it's one-on-one football at the fall of the ball.

Where the @#$%&! is everyone?? Lazy. Very @#$%&! lazy.

For example, sick of seeing a 26 year old in Duigan take too long getting his disposal off (even boot to ball takes a while) and over-committing to the forward movement of the ball. This is stuff coaches would tear you to shreds for in suburban leagues.

Who is the bridesmaid? She's a treat.

In other news, why are we trying to spot up 10m passes in the wet? Win the contest. Bang it long. Win the next contest. It's not rocket science.

We seem to think that waiting outside the back of packs is ideal wet-weather football.

There's usually a level of leniency given in these sorts of games. They're getting it, we're not.

That turnover was all on White. He didn't work towards the football.
