Gutted, thats how i feel - we threw away a win through inspid, selfish and dumb play.

The Bombers could walk off the ground with their heads up being 2 players down for 3.5 quarters.

No Passengers our membership slogan should be directed to some of our players like Betts, Waite, Carrazzo etc

what went through Waite head to kick backwads and how soft was his feeble attempt to tackle Lovett-Murray on the wing in the last qtr, his missed tackle resulted in a goal.

Parkin may have been generous when he said we have 5 squibs in our team, I saw more than 5 who didnt want to put their body on the line

Murph was fantastic, Yarran and White, Duigan were really good down back and Juddy busted his ringer again and Curnow continues to impress

Collins made some clangers but I would persevere with him ahead of Carrotts, Betts etc

If we dont harden up we will be like the Blues were in the mid 70's lovely side to watch when on-song, but never a show in the cauldron of finals footy. And unlike the mid-70's we dont have the Bendigo zone or a cheque book to get ourselves out of this.

It starts with Ratts and finishes with the players, get harder and fair dinkum or p#ss off and lets play some players who will have a dip.

The coach is a dud and most of us know that

But did he tell Waite to kick behind, or Gibbs missing a soda, or Garlett playing on at the death (like Eddie did last year and was run down by Fletcher at the Punt Rd end)

Or did he tell JR to fly third man up and cost us three goals - he's have to be the worst third man up in the comp at the moment

Dont worry I'm fine, I will get into the foetal position and rock myself to sleep tonight

We could have / should have put them away in the 3rd (had plenty of the play) but we still went in a point behind at the break. I don't know how we would have reacted had we lost 2 players but the efforts of Hampson, Henderson, Collins and Betts put us pretty much on an even keel. Kudos to the guys up back but up forward it was like amateur hour. Disappointed and had we lost it would have been  'ing

Not bleak - I had a ball today with my brother and niece and their Essendon* friends - the banter was good. there were some very funny moments..even the train ride home was very funn - it was a glorious autumn day..there were some seriously good moments of football from both sides and

in an angry pissed off way I know we could do so much better, which I'd rather than 'a gee up lads spring will be here' soon sort of way ... each to their own.

Thorny point but no, my wires were left in Damascus with your bible. I think they made a crown out of them.

Why do you bother engaging DB? Most of us just don't waste our time. I mean, it's not as though there is a collective development of understanding of the issue being discussed.

I reckon Barker would still have done better than Henderson and Hammer out there today. They were embarrassing, especially Henderson who is a lazy footballer.
