Yep and Lyon starting now. A good team would've won that game with the Bombers as wounded as they were.

You don't think he's right...?

I was just stating what he said.

I actually think we were wounded more with Hampson, Henderson and Betts in our team.

Some very suspect decision making in the end by the boys. They tried to milk the clock very far from home and then couldn't execute. Garlett could have milked 50 sec from the clock! Simo missing the target was tough to take ... you can go on.

Bottom line is that we had too many passengers. Andy Collins was completely out of his depth today and was a complete liability. Time to show some form in the 2s when you have guys like Armfield biding their time. Henderson gave us nothing but that's probably fair enough given his preparation. Didn't think Hampson was all that useful.

Forward line is completely ineffective and I suspect it will remain so until Kreuzer returns. Would also like to see Houlihan come back into the forward line.

Basically the willingness of Murphy, Yarran and Simo to give us run was one of the few positives. At least they took the game on. I also thought Duigan played his best game for the club.

Missed the first qtr, saw parts of the second. Had a family semi-emergency and missed the second half.

With their injuries I was expecting us to win comfortably. Just got home and it's a draw!!! WTF????

From everyone's posts it would appear we played like sh** too....

if we are a serious side we should have smashed them

our first half was appalling , then our late decision making was just as shit

its cringeworthy to read all the courageous bombers bullshit but they were the better team and did well to snatch a draw

@#$%&!

And Waite??? Never seen a carlton player lack so much upstairs. Coach not far behind.

Waite does enough to allow some brain farts. He plays close to the line and we benefit when he gets it right which is 90% of the time.

On a positive note, mini-Monga missed the shot that would have won them the game :smoking: .

We've empowered them even more now.

Part of me (albeit a very small one) almost wishes we lost, because by getting 2 points today the dipshits will probably think they've actually achieved something.

Probably harsh, but @#$%&! it. If this team of showponies and idiots have any ambition to hold a premiership cup rather than collect a paycheque and get a free Hyundai in their garage, they either need to either harden the @#$%&! up, or smarten the @#$%&! up. Their not @#$%&! children, but they still never @#$%&! learn!

(not really thinking straight right now)

Can't wait for Ratten to rattle off more stats. He's so convincing post match.

So it would appear we are very much the 'loser' out of this draw...

I'll make further comment once I've watched the replay later tonight however Top 4 would appear highly unrealistic based on today.

I would be happy to hear him rattle off our fumbling stats.

They were courageous, we were inept.

The jerk-fest will roll on even moreso now, and we have no-one to blame but our own team.

Agree. We have NO depth if he is in the best 22 players at the Carlton Football Club.

Apologies if I shouldn't single out one player over others.

Thanks JR for stepping over the line.

Only cost us a victory.

Two blokes who everyone wanted dropped White and Duigan were quite good

Collins struggles -
Carrots- is struggling
Hampson- nuh
Betts one good bit of play all game
Russell made some bad decisions that cost us at least 3 goals
Hendo really struggled to get into the game

Take the draw they might of had two men down but we were carrying about 5 or 6

three interesting games coming up Crows- Swans - Saints

Need Kruezer Ellard Houlihan and Bower back in this team
