Put Kreuzer, Henderson, and Bower back into the team and there's half a spine. Also, we've only played one team above us this year, not much the players/coaches can do about that.

Long time since Collingwood has beaten anyone above them on the ladder as well.

Jesus. It's one game in a new season not three rounds old. Someone should take your panic button away.

Wow, and I was pissed prior to round 1 that we hadn't beaten anyone for like 6 months!

Do you realise that its almost 16 years since we won our 16th premiership??? that would never have happened 20 years ago.

It's a hundred years since Collingwood beat Carlton in a Grand Final. Place that snippet in the ''SO WHAT'' file.

According to the search facility on this site this is your 1st post since Nov 18 2010.

Is that the best you can come up with after all this time.

I've missed your insightful thoughts.

Not to mention that we played a team in round 2 who hadn't even played yet.

Looks like people have been neglecting their meds earlier than usual this season.

The inference is that a few issues still need to be addressed
so with your insightful knowledge tell me Cazzeman

1where do you play Walker if at all

2 Why hasnt Murphy improved

3How do you get Gibbs out of second gear
4How do we improve our stoppages

What the first post is inferring is that he believes certain things should not go unnoticed and need to be sorted
so we lost to the best team in the comp by less than 5 goals

I reckon we have improved but the next step is crucial and if Ratts and party dont make the right decisions we wont land the 17th

So rather than ridicule someone have a think about what they are really posting

The very premise of the OP is a ridiculous one to begin with, especially this early in the season, and was deserving of mocking and ridicule, IMO.

You make some very good and very valid points, but they are separate really to the OP, and really should be part of post match threads, or a wider discussion on where the team is going, and how to get there.

Inference is taught as part of the English curriculum in schools

Obviously must have been busy doing something else at the time KK

Agree, we have not beaten a opponent with any currency since St Kilda in round 7 last year or 18 games ago. Its not good enough but hey that has been the Carlton way for the past 10 years.

Yeah, usually trying to peek up the girls' skirts.

I get what you're saying, and I don't disagree, but this thread is a silly place to start a discussion on our improvement. It's like saying Collingwood hasn't beaten Carlton for 100 years in a Grand Final, ergo, they haven't improved since.

Perhaps they should teach spelling and grammar instead.

That's a general comment by the way and not aimed at you.

And when we were winning the wooden spoon a few years ago we couldn't even beat a team below us. At least we have improved from those days.
