Yep. Before that, the Port comeback in 2008. Before that, I couldn't tell you.

Plenty of ones that we've let slip (pun intended) when the rain's set in throughout that time.

Just going on memory. A few Dons games, a Freo game, a Brisbane game come to mind, but I couldn't give you dates. There's been games that have been made closer because we failed to adapt to conditions.

We typically don't kick long except under pressure, and we look for a clean grab even if it means moving the ball backwards or sideways to open something up. You need to drop that in the wet weather and in our games we always seem to be the second team to do this. Even in that Melbourne game. Definitely in that Port game.

How the @#$%&! can the AFL let the debut of a new side not be on TV. Either FTA or FOX

Go @#$%&! yourselves.

Interesting that Richmond's team against the Saints have played fewer average games than the Suns this week.

Last I checked the comparison was as follows:

Avg Games Played:
GC = 23
Richmond = 52.4

Avg Age:
GC = 21 and 69 days
Richmond = 22 and 9 months

In fact Carlton has only an Avg Games of 50 and Avg Age of 22 and 343 days.

Let the media spin it how they want.

Can't be bothered looking it up but I'd love to know how you got the average games played for this week's GC team to equal 23. 22*23 = 506. The players they've got from other clubs would surely have a total higher than that. Fraser and Harris between them have over 350. The original post came from something mentioned in commentary during last night's game btw.

Actuall I could be bothered, between them the non-debutants for the GC have played 1152 games, giving the team an average games played of 52.6

Joondalup actually, but still too far from civilization (east coast) for satisfactory footy coverage.

Thank's for the link on PM Jimmae :wink: . I feel better already.

Weather Update:
We are just about to leave the Gold Coast and head up to Brisbane.
At 1.45 local time, it has turned into a beautiful afternoon - fine, calm, sunny and about 27 degrees.
Bring. it. on.

The WABlues have a function on at the Odin this afternoon with live coverage.

Come on down and say G'Day.

Just going down the farmers co-op now to buy 2.5 tonne of fertilizer for my "vegie patch".

If you could hire the truck, that should just about cover it.

Would love to and had it penciled in but thought it was Friday arvo for some reason.

I've got the kiddies tonight.

I hear you guys - my kids are now 10 and 6 so I can take them along on the weekends I have them if there's no TV.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that the link works for you!
