It is a "family" day guys...and would work better if the kids were the only ones in the queues for signatures and the jumping castle/food etc was aimed at kids/families.
A "Club" day with jumper presentation and talk about coming year, tour of rooms etc could be done separately.
Both could sell memberships and
merchandise....
Family day = "Kids specials and discounts"
Club Day = "DVD's stubby holders etc specials and discounts"
