A good start for Ratts when he comes down to the ground is to stop picking his pecker when he gets nervous... it's seriously a very bad look.

I have seen him scratch his balls, not the Sherrin type either.

Only one of these two will be coaching Carlton next year Brett or Malthouse.

Malthouse is firming as each week goes by to be Carlton's coach from next season.

Why bluemark? Surely they would have learnt by now to go through a good thorough process. Brown or richardson may very well be contenders as well.

Actually I hope they were the new poison free moth balls..some people mighta had those old ones..you know..they make you say nasty things...but its just the chemicals. Get fresh ones..you'll feel better.)

Malthouse is a very very good coach. We would be crazy not to look at him. I haven't been around the club for many years but I can read the various rumblings coming from the place. Can not say for sure but I reckon they are looking at him seriously. Even Malthouse is hinting he wants to coach next year.

What would a football club be without rumblings. :screwy: That would be like the right without the left.

The vocal minority always make the most noise and there are plenty of media poking the anti Ratten brigade for a dial a quote. They can always find an 'anonymous insider' to keep the ball rolling even if there isn't one.

Hey you are mistaking me for Synbad.

I like Brett, reckon he has done a great job and I hope he is our next Premiership coach.

But...... We would be remiss if as a club we didn't have a chat to Malthouse at some point.

It only took Malthouse 10 years to win a premiership at Collingwood so if we could bring him across we could get a flag when he's 69 & Judd is still only 37.

Too easy.

Fair point and far from me to defend the Filth but they did run into the best team in living memory twice on GF day. Still stoked they lost. In my veiw Malthouse has been able to get the best out of what has been a pretty average list..

In my veiw our Premiership window will open next year and will remain open for a couple of years before the abombinations that are the expansion teams dominate the comp for a better part of a decade. We need to ensure that we put everything into place to secure at least one if not two flags before that happens

..10yrs to win a flag yes, but he got them to the granny in '02/'03 as well don't forget, and if the brions weren't kickin' arse left right and center, they might have won a flag or two back then as well [very close to it in '02]..

..btw, not talkin' the ol' Malty up, great coach but not a fan of his style personally, and wouldn't want him at the blues.. ..would rather see if there's anything to the hopeful Roos talk.. ..recently knocked back the coaches assoc. gig..

Interesting to see that Ratten's win / loss record as a Coach has now hit 50% with the win in Round 12.

Heat will be on The Board if all the rumours about Paul Roos being signed, sealed and delivered as Coach for season 2012 are true.

Never believed the Roos rumours, he is settled and happy in Sdyney.

Ratts has got the team up and about at the moment. Everybody is reading from the same playbook. From a 50-50 chance to coach next year I reckon that unless something goes horribly wrong he will be there for the next two years.

So Ratts should stop playing with his sakc.
