Nice try but needs some work.

Hint.... at the bottom of the table, with 1 B&F placing, are:

6 -
5 -
4 -
3 -
2 -
1 - Betts, Garlett

Hi all

Nice tries, but the question is around the most B&F placings of those Blues who placed in the 2010 B&F count (thus listing Kreuzer and Henderson who didn't make it is kinda...wrong). Anyway, our bad, must be a tough question. A small hint was offered, with some extra hints;

6 - Which Blue from last year's top 10 has made it into 6 B&F placings? Hint - he's been here for 7 years.
5 -
4 - Bryce Gibbs has been with us for 4 years; has he been in the top 10 each year?
3 - Chris Judd has been with us for 3 years, won 3 B&Fs, and so fits in here.
2 -
1 - Garlett made the top 10 for the first time in 2 attempts in 2010; Betts has played 100+ games or so and made it for the first time in 2010.

In any case, we'll provide the answer in a few weeks if we don't get any takers.

Q. Carlton defeated Richmond in the 1972 Grand Final. How many years had it been since Carlton had beaten Richmond in a final?

Now I get the picture.

Simpson, Carrazzo, Scotland and Waite would fit in there somewhere as a guess.

Guess.....Mmmmmm

Simpson at 6
Carrazzo at 5
Scotland at 2

Ahhh, this is too hard, I stuffed it up didn't I ??

Correct Hotcox!

Any stab taken at our finals success rate versus the Tigers...anyone?

Quote:
6 - Scotland
5 - Simpson
4 - Gibbs, Carrazzo, Murphy
3 - Judd
2 - Russell, Joseph
1 - Garlett, Betts

We've decided to close this one out! Too hard obviously. Scotland leads the field here having made the top 10 in the B&F in 6 of the 7 years he was here. Any guesses as to which year he missed out?

Scotland missed a few games in 2009, so I figure it is 2009.

Correct woof.

Last one before the Blueseum trivia goes into hiatus (for real actual football).

True or False - Setanta has won more Brownlow Votes in his career than Jordan Russell.

I'd say true, if it had of been almost any other player I would have said false than Jordie - I reckon his was even a scapegoat for teh umpiring fraternity as well at one stage

Last one, to get the anger flowing (promise its the last one):

In which year did Carlton last have a top 4 finish?

In 2000 we got hit with injuries at the wrong time of year to Kouta, SOS and Braddles.

My initial thought was 2001...couldn't quite get past 3rd and 4th on the ladder but had 1st and 2nd covered. We could have gone all the way that year.

As for 2000...we got on a roll that year.

How about this one - you have to pick the link between 2 Carlton players / officials i.e. in what way are these two related?

1. John Nicholls / Kris Massie.
