Does anyone know when these go on sale ? , i can not wait for the first opportunity to bust out the new away jumper that santa delivered.

Also anyone want to hazard a guess as to whict opponent collingwood or richmond will get the blues "A" team as an opponent assuming that because we are the club with the break between games that we will play pretty much the entire available list on the night.

I wouldn't worry about rushing out to get tickets. You'll easily be able to walk up on the night.

I really don't like this double/ tiple header idea...at all.

And I don't want to give too much away against Ninethmond before round 1, let alone put our players (who have gone cold from game 1) in line for a decent quad injury.

This NAB 3 game format is really stupid and dangerous.

I suspect our 2nds will play against Ninethmond's 1sts team on the night.

It's a great opportunity to watch (virtually) our whole list play on the one night.

I'm coming to watch it on the 9th...plus George Thorogood and Joe Cocker playing at the Palais on the 8th.
I can't wait to see what Laidler and Duigan can do...and to see what happens if Curnow shows everyone up?....just a hunch.

Looks like a good night out to me. The whole list will get a run for sure.
I'm hoping to get there but I'm NOT going to take a chance on walk-up tickets after flying over. Ticket sales will be revealed pretty soon I imagine (the usual outlets).

Probably doesn't want to wait in lines filled with the two most feral supporter bases in the league.

We're pretty bad in our own right.

I remember Dad telling me a story about a Melbourne supporting friend of his. Some years ago we beat them badly out at Princes Park and the following Monday at work they were having a discussion about the game. He described Carlton fans as "like greedy pigs at the trough" as any little decision, founded or otherwise, that wen't against us was met with baying disapproval despite our being well and truly home and dry.

Buy the tickets off Ticketmaster the day of the game and print them off yourself to save time.

It was just an example of one man's observations of us as a supporter base.

Every team has ferals, most of the time that number is more than they'd care to admit.

I reckon there will be a big crowd that night. I will definitely be going unless I get hit by a truck or world war 3 starts.

I'm just about prepared to invade Iran myself and get this flower 17th flag over the line.

Wednesdays are pretty good for me but I'm willing to peg a sickie either side and we'll call it the Three Day War? Besides my skin can't take desert air for any longer than 72 hours. Think we should pretty much have them covered war-wise. You create a diversion with a hand puppet concealing a WMD and I'll jump out of a tree if I can find one and egg parliament, maybe even knick-knock 'em.

We'll have a flag by September.

(First week of March no good for me however Tommi as I have to attend a jetski accident in Mildura)
