Just heard on the radio that the boys are riding to Sorrento from Princes Park for their Summer camp. Could be slightly risky along Nepean Hwy i would have thought. Part of the "No Passengers" marketing campaign the report said.

The boys would have worked hard riding into that wind on the way to Sorrento. It was like riding a 20km virtual hill on the commute home tonight. I was on the bike at lunchtime and it wasn't any easier then.

The website mentions that "Trek" have become the bike sponsor of Carlton and Cecil Walker bike shop has supplied a lot of the gear. I can recommend both having bought a new Trek roadie from Cecil's a month ago. My Trek commuter bike also came from Cecil's.

I have a Cecil Walker Cannondale yellow mountain bike. Yeah I know I'm not serious about my cycling but it's a beauty has taken me all over Melbourne from Upfiled to Aspendale to Mt Dandenong the Strzleckis to Neerim.

That's an indication of how bad public transport has become in this joint.
