Keep Jacobs as #1 or #2 ruckman with Warnock. Kreuzer to CHF and Waite to FF or vice versa. Hampson can go to the blistering suns for an early pick.

Kreuzer is a ruckman who can rove a bit as well, I don't get why we would want to take him out of his best position.

Jacobs is a definite keeper - best ruckman on the ground this week by a country mile, mobility improving
Warnock getting better all the time - imposing in the goal square - will be still good when Sandilands is finished - watch out next year
Hampson was my trade choice (probably still is) but made a huge ruck contribution in the Ants last weekend
Kreuzer is Kreuzer - enough said
Tough decision for the powers that be if they need to offload one.

IMO will depend on our intentions with Kruezer.

If Kruezer is to spend more game time up forward then we can run with Warnock/Jacobs in the ruck..

If Kruezer is to play as our no.1 ruckman, then Warnock becomes our no.2 ruck and we persist with Hampson as a forward option which leaves Sauce on the outer....

One thing is for sure.....Jacobs is ready to be a permanent ruckman so unless he is guaranteed that he will leave....

Can't split the two and would hate to make the decision on who we give up. I believe one thing is for sure, and that's that the competition between each other has made the other a better player.

Seems like we have offered him a contract, ball is in his court.

Quote:
“We’re just working through contract negotiations with Carlton at the moment,” manager Craig Vozzo told afl.com.au.

“I suspect it’ll take a few more weeks. We’ve got to get a bit of a feel for what the club wants to do.

“He’s happy at Carlton but he’s a South Australian lad ... if an opportunity presents, you know, he hasn’t ruled that out.”

And the Blues are eager to retain his services.

“We’ve made an offer to Sam and his management,” Carlton football manager Steven Icke said.

“They’ve received our offer, we’ve spoken and we’re in discussions. He’s a required player at this football club and we’re hoping to finalise those negotiations in the next week or so.”
