24 points down at half time

leaking too many goals

need to flood the defence and score from our rebounds if we're any chance

It looked like Bevan was Garlett's man - just didn't go with him at the contest.

Walker, Carazzo, Ellard, Joseph, Armfield - too many taggers that don't get enough of the ball.

1 min on clock n my wife says ' bet u swans get a goal'. Nothing was more certain. This backline in fact whole team is defensively inept.

Too many blokes spectating. That last goal was thanks to Gibbs watching instead of getting involved.
Umpires seem to be letting players take forever to get rid of the ball. If this continues we're going to get beaten by 12 goals

Red time goals....sadly predictable.

It's not skill or ability holding us back, it's nous.

They are a strong bunch of b@stards. We have to get our players up to their size.

When Skinny Hadley is the guy you bring in for muscle you know something is not right.

That was Garlett.

We're really cap at staying with our man around stoppages and not getting goal side of them. Hannebrey has twice been able to run on to the ball and have a shot at goal.

We really let ourselves down with dumb play at times, just letting our man get space.

The good news is we're within 4 goals and not playing very well. Not much has gone our way so far.

I'd move Gibbs off Goodes. He's not shutting him down and we're missing Gibbs drive. I'm not sure who goes to him, but we have to win the game now, not save it.

Gibbs had the opportunity to go with Bevan but decided to venture off on his own, Not good enough whether he was Garletts man or not.

I believe

WE CAN WIN THIS

A minute to go, a stoppage in Swans forward fifty, I said to the wife I'd put the house on a Swans goal here; arrgh!

Happens time after time, too many players drawn to the contest rather than watching their man. Lack of concentration? Lack of discipline? Either way I've had a gutfull of this happening.

Thats the other thing I forgot to mention, our tackling is appalling, so many missed tackles or we don't just to the end, casually jog along and then put in a short burst at the end. Need to be a lot morre physical, block their path rather than let them run past unimpeded.
