As mentioned, it is the one thing that Sydernee does well with events at Homebush.

Free, direct trains and buses. Below is a link to all of the info that you need.

I can not wait to see the Blue army.

GO BLUES.

That's brilliant, thanks for that. I presume the airport line (to central) would charge a fee?

Looks like there's a few of us arriving on the Virgin 10:40am flight. Should be good. May even break out in a Da da da da da
I'm departing Sydney on the 7:45pm flight. Thought I'd give myself that little extra time to check in.

Got my seat in section 142 - behind the goals which I assume will be the Carlton end.

Can't wait - bring it on...

Yeah the airport line is not included in the free travel - there is apparently a "gate pass" fee at the airport which you have to pay.

nearly $19 return for an adult!

Baggers...Adele and the NSW supporters group have called the "Brewery" area at the Novotel opposite the ground the place to meet up from around 12.00pm. Unsure yet as to whether Carlton will be sending a few players / Coaches across to talk with us and pump us up..but it doesn't matter does it... Come and say g'day ! That is if we can hear each other between all of the da dadada da da da da daaah etc... Ive got a good feeling about this one...early season form is nearly back with us. That pathetic excuse for a Swan "walking condom" mascot had better not get in our way..Captain Carlton could push him over with one of his burps !!! Lets make noise !

Section 408 row 10.

Went up to Brisbane last year, what a shocker.

It's my birthday on Monday, so the lads better win (and win for me) this year!

I bought tickets earlier in the week, but got some extra tickets through work. The tickets are one adult and one junior so if any of you guys out there live near by or are planning to head up, sing out.

Hey Guys

1) Where are the Carlton fans sitting?
2) Any Idea which seats are undercover?

Cheers

It all depends on which category you went for, there will be Carlton sections all over.

From my understanding rows 30 and back in blocks are undercover.

Flying staff travel though so not guaranteed a seat on a plane unfortunately but fingers crossed!

Flights are looking good if I can't get direct to Sydney I'm going to jump on one to Canberra then head to Sydney. Stoked.

Go Blues!

Hi all, the football department can not guarantee that any player will be available for the novotel get together. This is typical of Carlton.... Kreuzer is coming up and was supposedly coming over until they made him do media. I know the supporter group have been in daily contact with the club and are doing their best. The Carlton cheer squad are coming, so it will be a good meeting place before the game anyway.

People will be getting there from 12 pm onwards.

My missus told me I could go because "fathers' day is your day and you can do whatever you like." which translates roughly to, "father's day is the day your daughter would like to spend with you but it's your day so you can do whatever you like under pain of being put on the dry till next fathers' day."
So my plan is to stay at home and watch it on TV. Thankfully it will be a shite day here in Tassie so I won't be wanting to go and play in the park with my daughter at the critical moment.

I am hoping enough Blues fans can turn up and get into the game. It's Sydney's home game but I'll warrant there are enough Blues fans there to drown them out.

Go Blues and Go Blues fans.

They will be lucky if there are 50k there. The stadium holds about 80k. The weather is shite but supposedly clearing before the game tomorrow.

The ground will be wet though
