Either Hadley or Mclean HAS to come in this week (Most likely Hadley given ants form of each). Not only are we playing the stoppage lovers but there is plenty of rain forecast for saturday so the track should be slow and heavy on sunday.

I hope this time we do something about Mumford. He was fantastic when he played us earlier in the year.

Yeah just realised now what I wrote.

Winner of Syd/Carl plays the loser of Coll/WB

Apologies, it's probably written elsewhere.

Ifffffff we get up on Sunday, whom are we likely to play?

Not overly confident, but I think we are worth getting on the odds shown earlier.

Regards
Pedro.

Loser of Filth and Doggies plays winner of Swans and Blues :)

A slow and heavy track would obviously suit a slow mover like McLean but realistically he would have to be seriously underdone, therefore you'd think Hadley in before McLean.

Any chance they'll mow the grass at that joint. Last time I saw it on the Tv it looked like shagpile and was slippery as a butcher's wanger.

Funny the similarities to last year:
* Going in as underdogs
* interstate final
* They have some guns under a cloud (incl Bradshaw again)
* Winner v Dogs at home again
Lets hope the result is different.

I'd like to see Jacobs come in for for Hammer.

Based on last week's performance in the Ants I wouldn't play Brock unless carrotts doesn't come up.

If it was up to me Thornton would be in for Davies (and would play regularly ahead of Jamo & Bower).

Unfortunately the coach will not play T-Bird so there is no chance of this happening
.

Has anyone ever seen Can Eater and Bret Thornton in the same room? :lol:

Seriously mate, give it a rest FFS!! Repeating this statement ad nauseam is not going to make it happen.

It's becoming as repetitive (albeit nowhere near as entertaining or justified) as some of the statements that a past well-known poster used to make on this forum.

Just accept the fact that T-bird is not going to be a part of the finals team this year and move on.

My bet is that TBird will be selected in the 22.

IMO he will be named in the 25 man squad.
He'll come in for Davies.

This is a do or die game...a must win if we are to show progress on last year.

I also reckon Hadley will come in for Carrots.
Why would Ratten take a huge risk and play an underdone player in McLean?

I'm also guessing that Yarran may be replaced by Walker...that's a maybe, but the former 2 suggestions should happen based on form/injury.

I'm so looking forward to this game.
We will win.

The biggest factor could be umpire McBurney.........who we've got again. Another display like Friday night and we've got no chance :yikes:

Thankfully the Razor has got the Filth game :wink:
