ASSUMING the Pies beat the Hawks and the Swans beat the Lions:

If we beat Freo, we finish 6th and Freo finish 7th, we host Freo at MCG.

If we lose to Freo, we finish 8th and play Sydney in Sydney.

does this mean all the finals in Melbourne will be at the MCG?

because a few seem to reckon that if we play Freo in Melbourne it will be at Etihad

if there are 4 finals in Melbourne I know we will draw the short straw and play at Etihad but if there are 3 then surely they can all be at the MCG (Fri night/Sat day or Sat night/Sun day)
