Since then, I reckon it's been getting worse. And it really pissed me off when he had the arrogence to get into essendons face when he snapped that goal late in the final qtr. After all, just 5-10min before that he kicked a lazy kick to a leading Eddie betts that landed straight into an lone Essendon* player uncontested and barely 15mtrs from him.

Not saying that dropping him to the twos will rectify he's kicking skills, cause it won't, but he does need to drop this laziness he has.

Anyway....... Don't know why were talking about it......... He is NO chance to be dropped!

Why did you get pissed off at him getting into Stantons face? Thats EXACTLY what i like to see...a bit of the old Carlton arrogance especially since it was the bombers...do you not remember Reimers pointing at the scoreboard and laughing at Dennis Armfield? It shows our guys are being more aggressive and assertive, not letting themselves be passive and pushed around. I for one would much rather see the Blues take the 'bully' persona than be the 'soft' team we have been.

Im pretty sure after the poor Eddie Betts kick the ball went to Stanton and Carrazzo nailed him in a tackle causing a ballup so at least he made up for his mistake...Tom Harley made a comment about it as him showing maturity or something lke that so good on him...delivery into the forward line in general has been shit for the whole team last month or so.

I wish people would stop reminding Geelong we've beaten them twice in a row. They're motivated enough after losing to Collingwood

Right on cue.... Martin Boulton pumping our tyres (re Warnock's recent good form) & Michael Gleeson challenges the Cats, testing whether their era is ending! The Bloody Age!!!! (Surprised Walls isn't in there bagging the Cats - although he has taken a shot at Cameron Ling...).

On a different point, any news on AJ/Hampson/Walker/Sauce/(Yarran?) and Bartel/Selwood?

Cause I don't think in that game that he earn't the right to get all cocky like that!

I'm fine with a player doing that kind of stuff, but you better have the game to back your mouth up! Carrazzo didn't......... and doesn't!

He kicked 2 of our first 3 goals in that last qtr, locking the game away for us. Yes he did. Maybe a B&F winner can take some licence every now and then? Mock away, Carrots.

Carrazzo and Stanton had been engaged in a running battle all night. Flashpoints were numerous scuffles and comings together, Stanton knocking him over after his goal and then Carrazzo letting him know he'd just sealed the game.

I've no issue with it whatsoever. It's fair to say Carrazzo had the better of the encounter, and his two goals in the final term closed the door on his very talkative opponent.

It just occurred to me that tonight is probably the last chance we'll ever have to see Darren Milburn flattened by a Carlton player. If Joseph is a late withdrawal, Andrew Walker would seem to be the appropriate candidate - he could kill two birds with one stone by revenging SOS and at the same time proving that his shoulder can take the big hits.

It's nice to dream sometimes.

Far out that is a nice thought. Stage is set for someone to write themselves into Carlton folklore by a perfectly timed shirtfront of questionable legitimacy (a hint of elbow coupled with speculation of head high contact, mixed with some doubt that it is within 5m of the ball)

Robbo ?
