How's that he's gone from zip to 10 wins to 13 to 7-4 half ways until this current crash (still 9-8 about to be 9-9). Shaw and Watson never got close to that.

What he may have in common with those is for some reason the players aren't playing for him. That part is a problem big time as it stands.

Bryce Gibbs had the ball about 75m out in the corridor and had an eternity and just couldn't find an option.
Eventually he kicked to a 2 on 1 against Eddie. A forward line doesn't get a better opportunity than that and
no one had a clue what they should be doing or where they should be leading.

You are seriously deluded if you think our team's lack of talent is responsible for this mess.

Apart from the fact that Ratten has obviously lost the playing group, there is something seriously wrong with Ratten if he can't at least try to change things up, or go to plan b to attempt to stop the rot.

As far as I'm concerned Ratts appears too stubborn to change his tactics. He is making his own bed with this shit and I think it's time he lies in it.

Ratten has Judd and some of the best top 10 picks since the birth of the draft. He HAS the talent, he just doesn't know how to use it.

He's running on CFC tickets from his glory days. If he'd come from Richmond or the Dogs he'd be shown the door.

We must be ruthless in our persuit of a flag. It's no good getting Judd across to make up the numbers. We've got 5 years to get it right and win a flag. Right now we look like we're 10 years away.

Keep telling ourselves that and it just becomes one aspect of a larger problem at best. We have some talent but it all boils down to the same inability to face reality and become proactive instead of reactive.
