He looks the goods, powerfully built and moves like a gazelle. Very good skills too...

Why not elevate him if we can.

Even without that, we have a spare rookie slot currently, and can move O'Keeffe to the LTI list and have another one.

EDIT: Lucas may also be eligible for the LTI list.

Need to patient with these guys playing for the first time of the year in top flight... posters were all over Grigg and Hampson past two weeks..... take it easy.... Tuoy will probably need a little more than two weeks but by all reports needs the run in the seniors.... could be super valuable IF we make it to the finals and plays well...could release Gibbs.

Not only did Touhy not look out of place, he has looked like one of our better players every time ive seen him. Would be close to senior selection if he was on the senior list...

On the Sunday Footy Show today they said that Armfield was able to fly back to Melbourne last night and has been cleared of serious damage. I dare say he will miss this week but it sounds like he might not be LTI bound. Great news if that's the case.

I also understand ROK might be returning to action in the next couple of weeks for the 'Ants.

So I think only Kreuzer & Lucas are eligible for the LTI list. Ellard obviously takes one spot, but still space for Tuohy.

Interesting that on TAC Future Stars (?) they mentioned that Zach was one of the better chances to get a go in the seniors and that the club are very pleased with where he is at and that he is one of the best kicks of any Irish recruits at this early stage of their transition

Strong body and great speed (as we already know)

i was just surprised to hear him being touted as one of those next in line for the seniors. I would like him to be given a go TBH

He was one of the very few (and I really mean VERY few) positives from the Ants yesterday

Plus the mid-season rookie slot. I've heard the same on O'Keeffe but just running through the possibilities. White's the only other likely elevation at this stage of the season, so we'd need to move one more onto the LTI list to make it all happen.

From all reports, and from what I've seen of the bloke myself, he is the next best small defender at present, and I'd prefer him in the team to replace Armfield rather than Browne or Anderson, who regularly get exposed in defence.
