My point exactly. Our depth consists of two senior players injured (Kreuzer and Houlihan) and 3 players none of whom have played more than a dozen games (also injured). Of the availables, Browne, Anderson, Hadley, Wiggins etc not deemed to be good enough to get into a team that has lost 4 out of 5.

Right now, we have no depth, I'm afraid (although I do believe that Lucas and White will both become very good players).

Whilst i do acknowledge the development of Jacobs, the fact is that he has been smashed at centre bounces over the last few weeks.

Take some time and look at the tapes and you will note that despite Sammy getting first hands on the ball the very vast majority end up in opposition hands.

It seems to me that given our current postion little can be lost by trying some other options. After all it is hardly like our ruck division is dominating games!

I'm hoping we persist with Hammer as a forward for the rest of the season.

Surely we can't hold onto 4 pure ruckmen in the squad.

If we persist with Hammer, like we did with JR in '08, can he make it as a forward?

I repeat Warnock should not be playing.

Against an ordinary VFL side in perfect conditions he was ordinary. Yeah he won the tapouts but didnt do a great deal with them.

His efforts in the air were pathetic.

As a guy said to me he doesnt judge the ball well and I reckon he is soft.
Sure Sammy is slow but at least he gives you a contest.

As I said if you saw what iIsaw You would find it hard to believe this guy has got a game.

JAcobs efforts have been servicable.
he has also been our best ruckman this year without question.
Capuano was the only guy from the senior coaching staff out there Sat night and he was only there to see Warnock.
Obviously he new he was playing this week before Sat nights game against Werribee
