I just hate this! We are so far behind teams in so many areas and are years away from achieveing success.

I'm sorry but the blame rests with the head coach first and foremost - Ratten is proving a failure and we can let years pass by making excuses.

He is not up to it and must go! :hitcomputer:

Marc Murphy and Bryce Gibbs must play Bullants!

Changing the coach now ain't gonna achieve anything.

It seems that we know we are a bit crap but nothing will achieve anything, apparently, unless you are of the strange persuasion who believe that time is a Carlton supporter. :?

November decision after the review.

I've booked my holiday in September. We probably won't play finals and Collingwood will win the flag. I refuse to be in Victoria when this occurs.

Sacking him now will prove nothing - we're done for this season regardless.

But extending / confirming contracts mid season is just :screwy:

We have serious issues at coaching, playing and administrative level than need to be addressed post season.

Nuff Nuffs are we all?

Ratten is not up to it. We need to plan for the future and Ratten isn't it.

Another rubbish performance by Carlton.

Murphy and Gibb s weren't flash but had plenty of mates. Walker Joseph and Carrazo we're equally poor. Judd has got to the stage where he's lost faith in the players around him and now he's trying to do it all himself. The signs are very bad indeed.

Yeah, but with Choco Williams stepping down and Voss and Knights with question marks over their heads, maybe we
need to get in early and start looking for another coach right now !!!!!

Doesn't need to be sacked tomorrow....but cannot possibly be allowed to coach in 2011.

The search for the "Best Available" coach in the country should start tomorrow.

Our systems and structures (or lack of them) are exposed week in week out !

Paul Roos would have been laughing at how easy we were to dismantle....just like R Eade last week.

Place our list up against the Swans and one for one....you could not possible argue that they have more talent....but they have a system and structure that allows them to maximise their strengths and eek every possible win from that group.

In contrast, our systems make talented players look like turnover merchants and make smart footballers look like headless chooks ! The amount of time we were storming towards 50 in the first half and the players held on to it for too long because they simply had no option !!!!

I don't know if anyone really meant immediately.

We need the best, not best available.

Ratten must be replaced asap if we don't want to have to rebuild and wait 8 years to be decent (due to draft concessions given to GC and GWS). How we can't flood their fwd line and then rebound, as they and other average teams do to us every week is just mind-boggling. How an AFL coach cannot inspire his troops at least once in a month to the mere basics of AFL footy such as attck the footy and stick tackles, and support your man, and hunt in numbers is STAGGERING.

Sticks must be sacked for approving the Ratten contract extension mid-season :screwy: :hitcomputer: :hitcomputer: :banghead: :banghead:

Get Chocco, and the longer we wait, the greater chance that Bummers will snaffle him.

Expose as many kids as we can for the rest of the season. Finals are now out of the question, so why not play Davies, Ellard, Casboult. Christ we could even play our highly paid 206cm Bullants ruckman.

The Carrazo's of this world must be punished for lack of endeavour, so its a month in the red for him. We also are so lacking in leadership, in fact we may have turned a potential great leader in Judd into a.......well I'm not sure what he is at the moment :banghead: :banghead:

But the buck stops with the coach. Disgraceful.
