Love this, i was impressed that he thought he had let the club down only playing 6 games in his 1st season, takes a bit of character to own up to that, the kid is a jet, can't wait to watch him for the next 2 years, and hopefully 10 after that!

Potentially could be a superstar.

While he's young we need a mentor to drill it home to him that each game he plays he should treat it as his last and leave nothing in the tank.

To be honest, this concerned me slightly.

Seems like he is putting way too much pressure on himself of living up to his number. Someone needs to get in his ear and tell him block out and don't give a stuff about what anyone says and play his own game as it comes to him.

Excellent news though!

Great news.

This guy has amazing composure for his age, keeps his feet and rarely wastes the footy. Can't wait to see Yazz with a couple more full pre seasons and 50 games under his belt... :smoking:

I thought perhaps that wasn't all he felt he let the club down with, but it was all he could refer to publicly?

Great news. I love his skills on both sides. When he develops a motor, he will make a nice outside midfielder. I just hope Ratts doesn't see that and put him on the half back line instead.

The great thing about this article is how it puts into perspective all the negative crap written by posters on various forums about Yazz.

Posters who know absolutely zero about him, his family, his character, his background etc, etc.

Those that tried to write him off after 10 minutes in the system. Posters on TC who went down that road know who they are and hopefully this article gives them a wakeup call about denigrating young kids trying to make it in a tough field.

Regards Cazzesman
