Post on BF saying Gibbs trained this AM so must be OK.

Johnson will play tomr http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010 ... 950086.htm

Must win tomorrow, Geelong beat the Hawks so a win will put us a game clear of them the Dogs and whoever wins out of Norf/Swans.

I can't help but feel even if Johnson does play..he won't be Mr.100%.

If he did have it and does play i would expect him to be a little flat.

No-Doze. Shitloads of them.

Lay off the Stillnox though. Try an empty out and a Gatorade instead.

Would be very handy if we could sneak over the line against the Bullies.

Will be cheering hard though our recent patchy form doesn't fill me with any great confidence.

If only we could ensure 'good Carlton' will turn up for each game from here on in

Big game today in terms of ladder position. Could go a game ahead of Dogs, 1 game and % in front of hawthorn and 1 game behind Freo...

hope the boys watch the hawks-cats games and learnt how to play 4 hard qrt of footy..

You dreamt we lost ?
That's ok.
I dreamt I had a boy..but she was a girl.

I too hope the lads watched Tiges, and Cats/Hawks games.
I hope enthusiasm and passion are catchy as all get out.
I long to see the boys sing our song with that fervour, pride and outright joy.
To know how good they are..and can be..
Get out there and tear 'em up Blues.
Show us..show them..show yourselves..hec, show everyone what a sleeping giant you are.
C'mon. Seize the day.
Juddy....this is the day you get back to a billion percent.
Gibby and Murph....play like it's your last game..
Setant...make the doubters eat their words.
Amigos...dazzle and blind 'em.
Simmo, Scotty and Carrots..be bold, be sneaky.
Mitch and AJ...scare them to death.
Bower, Jammo, TBird and Rusty...be a fortress, have a cunning plan.
Sauce and Hammer...give us everything you've got,
Hoops and Hendo...bring the unexpected..bring us a big fat win.

The Age doesn't factor Carlton into its top 4 calculations...

Richmond had earned the win; the Dockers were disappointingly wasteful for a top-four team. Pavlich’s first-quarter stumble when he was running into an open goal turned out to be symbolic of their night, along with Ballantyne’s error at the interchange area. Mark Harvey’s team has opened the door to the top four again, and the Western Bulldogs stand to gain the most from it.

The interchange decision — and Richmond’s gutsy win — has reopened a top four that had looked settled and gives the Western Bulldogs a chance to mount a charge for fourth place beginning today.

Given our inconsistent form I can see why pundits would favour The Bullies for top 4.

Both teams are inconsistent and will not make top four and deservedly so...both have deficiencies which is the reason both teams are in the bottom half of the 8....

Maybe "indifferent" would be a more appropriate adjective.

All in all, having 8 wins is a fair effort after being 1-8 after 9 rounds.

Apart from unearthing Lucas - we have gone slightly backwards this year.

But only half way through the season and this team needs to start clicking.

Need to leave Waite in the backline thats where he did his damage before doing his knee last year and was badly missed.

We are lacking an aerialist in the forward line - yeah sure bring it to gound etc etc.. you still need your gun tall forwards taking big grabs and we dont have one.

Tippet has single handedly turned Adelaides season around.

Massive game with Freo falling over yesterday (Barlow's loss may turn out to be very costly ?). On form we shouldn't win, but we do have a great record against this mob, without the Big Bad one of course. Big job for Jamo today !

Go Blues.

'If" we win, get ready for the CFC Bandwagon to start, culminating in a win against the Pies.

What you see no improvement in Sauce, Yazz, Garts, Hendo, JR, Gibbs, Army, Robbo and Simmo.

You need to pull your head out and let it see some sunshine.
