So Tbird survives again or does Austin come in?

The Bower situation is beyond a joke! This is now the 3rd time this year he has played just one game (in the seniors) and then been withdrawn from the next game due to a quad. No warning, no injury list nothing. Are we the only club that treats our members with such disdain?

I'm sorry, but I can't see the link between PB having trouble with his quad, and treating the members with disdain? The human body is not a machine, it is not always a simple matter of where or why it works or doesn't work.

Don't tell Juddy that.

I think Blues21 is referring to the less than proactive style of communication to members re PB's ongoing injuries this year.
Really, they don't offer much information at all re injuries.

Exactly. I'm not having a go at Bower at all but why do all these things get slipped in as an after thought in a press release. Mclean is another in this boat,

Can we put Bower in the same bubble as McLean? Although they'd probably manage to injure each other...

I guess I just don't see that we "need to know" all the nittie-gritties.

Seriously, a big WTF needs to be asked about Bower's ongoing injuries?

It is massively frustrating. He was the player I was expecting biggest improvements from this year and establishing himself at CHB.

He has shown this the games he has played but this injury cycle he is in is really disappointing

Quad soreness?

What supporters want to know is if its the type of soreness that leads to 6 more weeks on the sidelines (ie he's strained it again) or are we genuinely taking a conservative approach because of PBs recent history?

I find the bit of the article interesting about Ratten still expecting Fev to play despite Voss saying he is out. Remember last years final when he ruled out Black and others early in the week and they lined up?

Is Bower quad a smokescreen, is it OP

Fev will line up, so what about his stomach pains, he has been playing without a brain for years...

Quads are terrible injuries to overcome as Bower is showing. I think Presti over at the pies missed most of season once due to a quad.

Maybe this one is just another name for OP as previously posted.
