Pros:
AJ - Cant believe people are putting him as a con, played a great defensive role on Ballantine.
Russell - Keeps on getting better and better, future All Australian.
Simmo - Gives his all every week, shame he cant reward his efforts with his kicking for goal though.
Army - Great drive and never seems to be beaten 1-on-1
Judd - Gave it his all.
Hendo - Biggest plus of the game. You can just see he will be a gun. Really impressed with his natural strength, never gets pushed off the line of the ball.
Betts - Played well, always does.

Cons:
Kruezer - Shattered, nearly cried.
Gibbs - I know the stats might say he played a good game, but I thought he had a shocker. Seems to coast to much for me and he banged the ball on the boot for points three times when he actually had more time. Needs to impose himself more.
Hadley - Absolute shocker, bring back Brock.
Umpires - What the hell is going on with the advantage rule, robbed us of some momentum in the first by not allowing advantage for Carrazo's goal. They have killed us two weeks in a row.
Team - As a team we played dumb, football and allowed them too many easy goals. Think we need to go back to basics.

Ditto, agree with all these especially AJ's game. I thought he did a good job, the HUN had him in the best players.

we had 55 inside 50s to 42 and none of their fwds got hold of us and we were playing a decent team.

it seemes as every player played well in part, but none for the full four quarters (Except maybe a few of the defenders). Consistency of effort is the key here.

Lacking class kicking inside 50 if gibbs or yarran don't have the ball.

Senior blokes let us down. Waite, Carazzo, Scotland and Thornton could all do better. Gotta wonder if Thornton is in our best 22 now Bower is back. Would rather play another midfielder, such as Grigg.

Not sure if it's a pro or a con, but at least we are now unpredictably unpredictable..

Although at this point, I would've taken our 2 win 1 loss pattern as it would've guaranteed another 7 wins..

gibbs - is so over rated by us, he is an average player

judd - can someone help this bloke out, dont blame opposition players goin at him, i would and we just watch this shit week in week out, pathetic, we should target there taggers from now on, not some pissant watts when we play the likes of melb bc he is young.

dispoasal was bad

reluctant to shoot for goal, within 50 have a ping

we just arnt good enough yet and hopefully we make the 8, feel like we are just making the numbers up, 2 weeks ago i thought top 4 how quick was that slide

aussies and carlton losing in 1 night, makes for a shit weekend

Australia 1 Ghana 1 - since when does 1 all constitute a loss?

Pros

Henderson, ffs just leave him there now.
Bower, ditto
Judd, those shoulders must be getting sore again, youre carrying a few.

Cons

Pity its left to a 5 or 6 game player to stick up for a team mate (captain)
being mauled by a b grade never much good spud.

Robert Walls telling the entire football public what most of us already know
about number 32.
Really Bret, get a grip, bagging Simpson for not spoiling Sandilands ??
Buy yourself a fricking tape measure !!!
And that 50 metres, how many times have you done that precise same
stupid selfish thing over the years ? Alwyn Davey says hello !!
Do you want to be the new "Fev" its all about me clone ?
I know for years you were the only person resembling a backman down
there but wake up and smell the draft picks, still interested Hawks ?
If you keep your spot, you better hope number 16 for the Lions isnt back in !!

If youre 2 goals 12 at half time, does any side expect to win really ?

Hopefully they will learn some valueable lessons from this game, as i think there
was a large bounty of them to choose from !!

1st Qtr v Freo: 0 goals

2nd Qtr v Freo: 2 goals

NF good enough for a side in the 8

We have actually made an official complaint to the umpires department, particularly in relation to the treatment of Chris Judd.

Con
We made this complaint last week, and it was clearly ignored. The treatment of Judd was disgraceful.

Pros: 10 goals 3 behinds in the second half
Cons: 2 goals 12 behinds in the first.

Pros:

Harry and the Hendersons played better than before.
Hampson will get a run next week.

Cons:

The possible loss of Judd and Waite due to suspension.
Kruez out for season.
Murphy's dodgy hamstring.

Always far better off making comments to the media. The AFL and the umpiring department are paranoid about bad publicity and take notice. Whereas every club probably makes comments to the umpiring department, and so they basically cancel each other out.
