Massive last quarter coming up. Our position at the end of the year depends on this quarter.

Midfield needs to lift and we need to find someone to kick some goals in the Wet. Big Kruizer has done it before, give him another chance now.

That would be my first instinct as well; but I'm not sure that Gen Y responds well to this style of coaching.
