just thought I'd message in at half time. judd has been resting in the forward line much of the game. pretty much been a bullants mid field at the moment with jacobs, hadley, robbo in the middle. not much run. hopefully we can knock it up a notch in the 2nd half.

Good call stoney.

People moaning have to realise that it has essentially turned into a practice match; where we're trying to get experience into our younger players.

22 players. All should be giving 100%. Why don't we practice playing 4 quarters of footy.
You don't beat decent sides playing 1 quarter.
10+ win. (rain changes things a little now)

Why put our best players in the guts when we're smashing them?

Better to give some experience to our younger players IMO.

What benefits us more in the long run? Thumping Melbourne by 60? Or Beating Melbourne by 30, but giving valuable experience to our second/third tier midfielders?

The rain is definitely bringing them back into it.

It's good for us really.

Better that it's a contest than us cruising to a win.

You were saying??

We need to learn to play consistent, 4 quarter footy.
We're not good enough yet to go in cruise control
