Pretty disappointing 2nd qtr after such a high quality start to the game.

Hard to believe we extended our lead, really.

We have to get better at keeping our foot on the accelerator when we are on top.

That quarter was rubbish. We didn't keep the pressure on.
Jamar is slaughtering both Kreuzer and Jacobs at the stoppages.
Ratts should tear strips off them. Gibbs is having an ordinary night and Setanta has one handball for the night if I'm not mistaken.
We will win this but we should win by 60-80 points. I reckon the 30-35 we curently have will be about it based on their last quarter effort.
I htink we will have Yarran and Lucas beck next week IINM. We are missing Yarran up front.
Great start by Houlihan but he went missing like a few of his mates.
Murphy getting a few touches and Walks looks pretty good as well.
PERCENTAGE BOYS!! Go for it.

Yeah, have been impressed with Murph starting to improve his defensive game.

Waite and Walker clearly add something to our best team as well.

Only reason we extended our lead was Melbourne's woeful disposal. Our midfield didn't seem to be doing too well around the ruck contests 2nd Q.

Melbourne have some good young players. But they are going to lose Bruce, Green, Jamar, Maloney and a few others just as they get good. And it is hard to seem them having the depth to replenish what they're losing.

Must admit, I nearly cried when Waite hit Bate from behind. Thank @#$%&! for replays.

just thought I'd message in at half time. judd has been resting in the forward line much of the game. pretty much been a bullants mid field at the moment with jacobs, hadley, robbo in the middle. not much run. hopefully we can knock it up a notch in the 2nd half.

Great first quarter, lazy second quarter.
38 points up at half time, have to be happy with that.
Still, I see a lot parallels with last week in that we're dominating the game in every way but in that quarter not showing it on the scoreboard.
We seem to be becoming complacent again. The intensity and energy wasn't quite there
I don't want to see them get cheap goals in the second half like West Coast did.

Fire the boys up again Ratts.
10+ goal win

Not quite. It's actually day time. O'hAilpin has 2 kicks. Houlihan gave an assist to Waite in that quarter. Murphy only has 7 touches.

Need to keep outscoring them each quarter.

Stuck with the game on delay. ABC radio saying Waite has no chance of playing next week, are they right?

Are you watching the game, or listening/stat watching?

I reckon Setanta has been good (room for improvement though).

Has made a contest, and brought the ball to ground for our smalls many times.

Has also chased, and tackled hard in the F50.

LOL.

What are those flowers smoking?

If Waite goes for that....
Jumped to take the mark, perfectly timed to take the mark, would have taken the mark if Bate hadn't come back with the flight, and as Bate came back SOV turned a little to protect himself.

Absolutely nothing in it, happens week in week out
