Does anything pre even 2 years ago have any relevance as an indicator to Mon ?

They average 116 in the past two years.

Since they didn't get to 50 against the Bulldogs then it won't be out of the question that they'll be more attacking.

After reading that i think

INS : Waite, Thornton and Robbo
OUTS: Hendo, White and Garlett

Its a real shame if Garlett is axed and McLean isn't

He should not be playing if he is unfit and i hope to god that he isn't playing so they can justify giving a first round pick away for him.

Agree on Garlett, but he did go missing against a more physical team that could actually run in the Pies. Against the Saints he may struggle again. Not that I think Robinson will perform much better, just that he will take a few out with him.

Personally I'm more inclined to introduce Browne or Wiggins up forward than bring Robbo in.

my thinking is that smaller forwards like Garlett, Betts, Yaz would give grief to backline players like Clarke and Dawson if they keep the pressure on. These guys are chumps when isolated and pressured. Their midfield and running hbf like Gram saves their bacon time and time again.

WHY THE @#$%&! BROWNE. He has done nothing at all since being on the Carlton list. his composure is terrible, his skills are diabolical and he has no hurt factor at all. Robinson offers so much more than himn even with his flaws.

Why also does Thornton come straight back after playing one decent game in the 2's make him play another. I do believ Waite needs to come back because on the weekend it showed we were undersized. Jeez even that useless bloke DAWES had an impact.

Can someone tell me where AUSTIN is at?

Only undersized because Jamo played on Medhurst who was/is equally dangerous if not more than dawes.

I would bring in waite but not play him back. Not a fan of tall backlines.

Played half a game in the two's last week and looked good. Fit and moved well. Will need a few weeks under his belt before consideration. Hopefully has a good run with injury. Could be our answer up forward! :smoking:

Bit harsh on Browne.
When was the last time you saw him play to make judgements such as these.
Bullant reports suggest he's been consistently solid.

If Milne and Farren Ray can be classed as physical...then Garlett is a brute....

CSC reporting that Brock did his quad at training and is out of this game. Any truth in this?

We'll never know the truth.

Bad luck for him if he's injured.

It would be ironic if Gartlett doesn't play. I've heard he's Nick Reiwoldt's cousin, and with Nick being out too...... makes you wonder!
