Foxtel is flowered in St Kilda East until Tuesday :banghead:

Touche - assuming he has Foxtel Digital.

Foxtel's replay today (from 10am-12.30pm) being replaced by some stupid baseball game! :banghead:

Monday @ 12 PM on One if you have a recording facility of some kind.

They also refuse to report on the match too. I checked back to Fox Sports News a few times and not once did our game get a mention. They were too busy jacking off to Brisbane and Fev, and the filth to a lesser extent. Obviously they don't want us to get excited about winning a game.

ONE has the Collingwood/Hawthorn match listed, both on the web, and in my PVR's program guide.

Judd will get injured if he has to keep playing as an inside player. There has to be a better way.

Pros
- Lucas - adds a lot of run, grunt and skill to the team. interesting aerial ability for a supposed 'mid'
- White - Those that say Burton beat him are probably upset when any forward gets the ball. Yes, slow first quarter and Burton should have kicked 3 (ask which Carlton defenders could keep him to less than that?) but he was very solid and looked forward with the ball at all costs. Good size about him.
- Walker - much prefer him back there and through the middle as a spare mid
- Jamison - I like it when we use him to set up play as he is a good kick.
- Judd. Wow.
- pressure but...

Cons
- Pressure. AFL teams shouldn't have these week on week off pressure gaps. This week was good but last week was pitiful.
- The struggle. We seem to have blocks of time where we're up but happy to just coast. i realise the Crows were playing a pretty deep zone or spread or whatever you call it and it was hard to clear but that third quarter could have seen a massive comeback if not for their kicking.

Pros:

Lucas - really impressed with cool play, second efforts, ability in the air - great addition to running hb line
White - showed he will be an afl player
Judd - freak
Walker - backline looked good with his dash from the 'QB' position (I really like Thornton but not sure there will be a spot for him once Bower is fit)

Play of the day: Late in 3rd qtr - Kreuzer involved with 4 or 5 touches in string of handballs along hbf and wing after competing in ruck in back pocket - ended with goal from 45m (by Simmo I think). Kreuz is a star! If everyone played with his determination we would not lose a game.

Cons:

I don't think the Crows were as bad as the media are making out. They had more shots on goal, and if they had kicked straight .....

Pros; Kicking effeciency around the ground and in front of goals.

Cons; When we slow the play or the opposition makes us slow it down we look terrible and vulnerable.

I have a Carlton 'supporting' mate who is only happy when we lose. While most of us have had a pretty miserable decade as supporters, he has been as 'happy' as can be.

I think you'll fin he's NOT a Carlton supporter BM. I'm happy when Collingwood loses - does that make me a Collingwood supporter? :?

I'm ecstatic when Richmond lose - I must be their #1 ticket holder.

Pros

The three silk machines - Betts, Yarran and Garlett - all outstanding

JUDD - Really if anone out there still disagrees with the trade we did to get him, well I think you need your head read. Absolute GUN.

White - Looked v good - and deserves to keep his spot

Lucas - has some serious pace and knows how to use it. Very good disposer of the footy too. Will be a GUN

Walker - By far the best game he has played IMO. Disposal was awesome and provided excellent run off the backline.

Houlihan - He showed why he should AWLAYS be played as a forward/mid. Absolute class in that area of the ground.

Cons

Slowing the play down at times when the team should have loooked to bury the crows.

Holding the footy up - it almost inevitably results in a turnover and sdhot on goal.

Little to no set shots for goal. Not sure of the exact figure but there was only a few set shots at goals, which indicated little to no damaging forward leading from KPPS in Hendo or Santy. The majorty of goals seemed to come from running play, not spotting up forwards on a lead.

I can only count 7 set shots but that is off the top of my head. There may have been more.

I dont think this is really an issue just yet.

Unfortunately that's the slightly edited 2 hour version of the game. But I guess it's better than nothing.

Love your work NBH

I was trying to decide if I should name names, but I had 3-4 obvious candidates.

keogh wasn't one of them.
