Amazingly the great form of Jordan Russell has largely solved our long standing kicking out from a point problem.

We actually seemed to do ok in this area on Saturday night - about 3 or 4 times Scotland was able to get free about 45m out from goal. Looked to start from a huddle and maybe a block put on Scooter's opponent. It was the next kick which was the problem.

Each named team was probably on average older and more experienced than our current lineup.

But not more talented until you get to our last 6. That's where we have our ongoing problems..

Yes, Ratten does have the cattle.

And he will be praised for having done a good job on his particular leg of a long and difficult journey.

But without much fanfare or attention

A new and unassuming young man will be chosen to take them home.

I see faces of people.

This man is young, fair haired and clean cut - not overly tall

He seems fairly quiet - but there is an awful lot going on in his mind.

He is a fast and deep thinker - a skillful strategist - This is his specialty

He is chosen for his football brain.

If I am not familiar with people I see - then I dont know their names.

All I can say is that I think there might be a 'M' in this mans surname.

But I can tell you about the circumstances of what I believe will be the year of our 17th flag.

Yes, but they need to mature a little bit more.

Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :)

I think he does have the cattle but cattle hasn't matured yet.

If gibbs, murphy, brock, kruzer, Jamison, Waite can all improve 10-20%, they will be superstars.
If Hendo, Russell, Yarran, Garlett, robbo, betts and co, can all improve 20-40% we will have a premiership team.

I agree the blame should be shared, and finally something is starting to happen, the players are getting dropped for not playing to the standard they should be. (Although i would have chosen one maybe 2 others to drop this week).

Personally I susepct Malthouse would have us playing deep into the finals, in the past at our club it was money or facilities, to blame however ---now there are no excuses.

I will cancel my membership if he coaches us.
