Michael Jamieson may have injured his shoulder on Thursday night.

He grabbed at it in the 3rd over while punching a ball over the boundary.

Then carried T-Bird off the ground after the game.

Does anyone know what is happening with Jamo's shoulder rather than just speculating.

Rod Nicholson would troll TC to get all his snippets for his articles.

Ratts said after the game that he got a knock to the shoulder but is just fine. Nothing to worry about.

Can you believe coaches?

Sheedy used to say a player had a bit of a corkie when his leg had been blown off !!

that knock may have been a smother on the half back flank in the first quarter. i saw him grab at his shoulder straight after but not sure if he copped a prior knock.

Must be frustrating for Jamo. Seems to have had shoulder probems since his first season. Strange the docs cant seem to get it right. Maybe the full tighten up will effect his reach so they keep holding out.

Hope he gets it right.

haha Sheedy. Well when Ratts becomes a senile old man like Sheedy then I will start thinking he is talking BS. In the meantime if Jamo really did hurt himself there is no way he would come back on the ground whilst we are 7 goals up and Ratts would have no reason to say otherwise.

Yeah that's the conclusion I have come to.....

Wonder if poor ol Jamo will last the season?

Jamo is fine but through out the game they keep bumping his shoulder off the ball.

Fev and Brown are going to give him a work out. I reckon we should rest him.

Jamo should play on till the shoulder drops off.

What we do after that is anyone's guess.

My guess is that Austin will be fit by that time and he's another good propspect for a tall back position.
Then there's Davies who may get a couple of games....throw Waite back there etc.

Injury to Jamo is unsettling for the team, and he has had plenty of shoulder ops to get it right, so I suspect the shoulder has never been better.

I saw that smother and grab for the shoulder...I said at the time he must have jarred it from the smother because it didn't seem anymore than that because after the smother he seemed fine.

I really hope he plays a full season this year. We need him fit and firing in the finals.

I think he was down at 3rd man in front of Bay 13, diving to save a boundary before firing it into the keeper...

(He did first grab at it when he smothered the ball on the outer side.)

I guess we should give Fev's groin a work out. Been allegedly causing him problems lately.
