Any idea what date they will be released for public sale?

I'm unsure at this stage, but there was word that with the Mars rebranding 2010 club apparel wouldn't be available for public sale (through the CFC shop, of course) until May.

If you give the club a ring (I'm sure the shop would have its number up on the website) they'd be able to provide you with a definite answer.

They always release their jumpers late. Last year I wanted to buy a new one, and it got to about June and though 'its no use now'.

I don't know why they take so long.

Yeah, was just in the AFL Store today and I asked about it...they said April, although I'd trust the club's opinion better with May.
Not sure if I will be buying it yet.

Not really sure, it's up to you. If you're that keen on having the latest one then it's better to wait for April/May. Although if you just want a guernsey and aren't fussed, you could get last year's one. They're selling last year's one a lot cheaper at the moment.

The difference is a Mars logo vs a Hyundai or Malaysia logo?

If that's all it is, why wouldn't you get last year's at a discount, instead of waiting three months to pay full freight?

A lot cheaper? At all shops? Or just the CFC shop?
My dad went into Rebel and they were selling them for 90 bucks.
By the way, why can't I even see the old Guernseys on sale at the CFC shop?

I work at one of the AFL stores and we've been told end of April they'll be in. So I'd say we won't see them until late april early may. I'm sure most shops that sell the guernseys would be selling the 2009 ones at at least 30% off if not 50% if you just want a guernsey now to wear to games

The beauty of the one available at the club shop is that it's the official match day jumper.

That's why it's dearer.

That's the one I buy when I purchase a new jumper.
