The older players dont tend to improve much, they stay at the same level.

Who are the rookies/under 21 players that look to be playing a big role in the 1's this year?

Caleb Tiller close?
Levi to play this year?

I don't know that much about the young ones at Carlton

U21? Kreuzer, Gibbs, Hampson, Henderson & Austin come to mind.

But in actual fact it's more like under 23, and that's a huge portion of our list & 22.
