The "Sports" guy on Nova also declared Stokes was a Carlton player before mentioning that we were signing Mars up, he also casually dropped in the Booze Cruise!

Yes, I could not believe it when I heard the 7am news on the Today Show when they said that Carlton had told their player Stokes to "get a real job" for 2 months...

I'm sure we'll note that the Pies will be allowed to be sponsored by one of the big four banks in direct competition with NAB's long term sponsorship of the league. AND THERE WONT BE A PROBLEM WITH THAT>

Ask the Lions about Schweppes, or indeed imagine Demetrious bluster had we tried to pick up Virgin blue for example in conflict with Qantas. I'm sure there's been other examples over the years as well.

Yep, and the "sports guy" on Nova along with Hughesy is a Carlton supporter. They always get their news from Channel 9 so it shows how much they understand what they are actually reading...

When I read the Age article I had to check twice to make sure I hadn't transported into the Hun site. The I realised the Hun isn't even running the Mars story !

I will be buying Mars chocolates more often. Cadbury had most of the better chocolates, but I will go out of my way to look for Mars chocolate from time to time. I am a bit of a chocoholic -but usually only have two or three brands - fruit and nut and dark chocolate.


I am not making this up. I swear on the 1979 premiership cup that I notice who sponsors Carlton and adopt my spending habits where I can.


I am still with Optus - despite their bill system and messy paper work annoying the hell out of me.


I had purchased a Hyundai - despite them sponsoring other things that I am not 100% in favour of.


so I am sure I can have a few Mars bars/M&M's despite me preferring dark chocolate etc.
