Just heard on SEN that Andrew Walker, Luke Livingston and Jarrad Waite have all re-signed on 2 year deals. It was obviously very important for the club to re-sign these players. Great news. Therefore, we now have 17 players out of contract. Let's see that list dwindle.

If nobody could see me I'd do a little dance.
Particularly pleased for Livo seeing as many supporters wanted to erect the screen and shoot him not so long ago.

Livo got a 1 year deal last time so his stocks have risen.

this should cheer liam up

stoked, and very happy for livo.

lets hope they do us proud, and lets hope they set an example for the older guys who are putting out for more money or longer contracts.

and they have all deserved it too.

all 3 have at least given 2 shits this season, as opposed to some higher profile so called leaders

Livo is lucky..would have been a one year deal for me....not totally convinced he has arrived...

Interesting how the announcement was made on the day an article came out about the ATO decision. Presumably the club was aware of Caro's intention to write an article about the issue. And it is a bit of a coincidence that all 3 are announced on the one day. You would have thought they wouldn't have been signed at the same time. And AW's father predicted the resigning ages ago.

So, I wonder if this news has been held back for a rainy day? They seem to be taking a leaf out of Kevin Sheedy's book of how to feed the chooks.

Livo has made progress this year. Even his kicking has improved. Still got a long way to go but at 22 and less than 40 games he is worthy of a 2 year contract.
Was not embarressed in the 1 on 1 contests against Gehrig who is the strongest player in the AFL. I remember watching Gehrig throw Jon Hay around this year like he was nothing and do the same to Archer last year.

You may be right there but its a tough position with an unaccountable midfield. If you exclude Hall and the second half against Gehrig I think Livo has been a shining light. The problem is of course that you can't exclude those quarters... and clearly pagan didn't want to put Livo on Pavlich on the weekend...

but still think its great for Livo.

Good news for Carlton today.

woohoo. Well done to those three guys, they have earned it.

Livo must be stoked - it will do his confidence no end of good.

Just going through our list this morning and had Livo as in the "trade if possible" column (he says screwing up document and throwing in bin) maybe for a Mal Michael swap :? .

I think this is an indication that there won't be a massive purge of the likes of 2003.

He's a very lucky boy indeed.

Congrats to all, though :) .
