Anyone else had issues with the ticket to the game?
I have received mine through the Carlton app but when I clicked on it no barcode came up.
It may have been fixed now but I tried over the weekend.
I also noticed there were the Marvel games but not any for the MCG on my account.
Anyone know if this is an error or is there something I am doing wrong.

No idea about Carlton App, but

I was told by a guy in Membership Dept when I bought my tickets that barcodes will be sent closer to the game.

Cheers.
I was under the impression that we had to download the tickets from the Carlton app.
The ticket for Thursday is now showing a barcode but still no games for the MCG showing.

I preferred the old days: A cardboard season ticket with 1-22 around the edge. The gate attendant would punch out the number for the round when you entered the ground.
What could be simpler?
Go Blues!

The Carlton App was the directive on the website.

I will call the club first thing in the am before they get inundated to verify the ticketing process.

I do not trust this club just yet when it comes to member services.
I'd feel more empowered with a ticket in the hand after handing over all that money TBH.

Yep, could be, but perhaps Voss will cherish the lack of expectation after a bit of a hyped build up to his tenure so far. A good test of application and ability to stick to the task in adversity, maybe?

Yep, could be, either that, or we get killed by the reigning premiers and don’t even score.

When can we expect the squad to be released? Are we expecting Dow, Jack Martin and Plowman to get a game?

Looking forward to this game. Don’t care about result as such, but more how we ‘go about it’.
Playing the premiers is a great setup for us.

Its the best challenge possible this time of the year:

Pittonet vs Gawn (Pitto gives Gawn trouble)
Cripps vs Petracca
Hewett vs Oliver
Cerra vs anyone standing in for Viney...Sparrow

Walsh would be in there too, but this game is more about how our system measures against there's and how far we have developed our system amongst the group?

Bring 'em on.

LOB vs Langdon

Side just announced with no Charlie, Weits or Kemp. Fingers crossed on Charlie as I think he needs time on the park. Very happy to have a good look at Yound and TDK. Seems like Voss is making Dow earn his spot. Don’t mind that either.

Plowman Parks Cottrell all named on bench (subs?) and in the VFL team

Plowman coming off a training block and selected in the VFL may imply Voss has Williamson and Gov ahead of him.

Ed is back...ahead of Dow, Fogarty and Newnes ???

Another look at Boyd

Ed is a better player than either Fogarty or Newnes ... still. Unless anything untoward happens to Ed he should always get a game.

But Setterfield playing. I would prefer Dow.

Interesting that LOB is being persisted with over Dow. Message there I suggest.

Will Harry and Charlie ever be in the side together?

We seem to be a team limping its way to Round 1.

Setters and LOB are benefitting from playing on the wing. Dow as centre square mid is up against Cerra and Hewett arriving.
Not so much a message as relative depth in each position.
