You're not wrong Mickstar.

2 wins and Voss is still not happy.

Voss informed supporters notified that his Game Plan will be simple to start off with, and more layers of the game plan will be introduced as the season progresses.

We have the right coach.

More importantly layers added as the players become capable of implementing successfully.

Agree.
When he was first appointed I wasn't sure how I felt about it.
Now, for the first time in years, I feel like we really are on the right path.
He speaks so well and I love that grin.

The winning helps, but he just gives you the confidence that things are changing and the bar is continually being raised.
Something we haven't had in a long long time.

Fully agree with all comments. Has that presence and aura that commands respect. I certainly wouldn’t want to let him down.

Not sure if any of you watched the interview with Voss and McRae on foxfooty.
Jonathon Brown did the interviewing and it was a good watch.

Fantastic watch

Voss is revered in the footy world.
I can imagine the awe our players are in when Vossy instructs.

Interesting to learn there's regular contact on coaching matters between Voss and McRae.

I thought the interview was okay, can see how us and Pies fans would like it, but aside from my comment above there wasn't too much we hadn't heard before.

3-0 is a great start to the year and there's so much to like. But…

Wanted: Better 4qtr efforts please, especially stronger second halves. Stronger tackling would also be welcomed.

Looking forward to seeing us continue to develop and improve.

Bluemans prediction: a major war... a young coach.. a premiership when no one expects it.

Is Voss a young coach?

Watched his presser. Very good. Not going to dwell on the negatives. Take the win, celebrate, and move on.

I liked his presser too but have a slightly different take. Yes will celebrate the win but he’s well and truly clear we probably got away with one today and there is much to learn and improve. Happy for him to articulate that our entries into the F50 and efficiency going forward after qtr time left much to be desired.

Thought so too
