Well Simpson and Thomas will come in for starters.

Hopefully Jones as well.

Those 3 will be lucky to play an afl game between them ever again.

Pointless playing them for one game and dropping them. The Nbs have had two byes already. Thy can all play. Give them a run at it. I'd drop SPS first but nobody has the balls to do it.

Fasolo and Lang are woeful with basically zero upside though

At least we have the number 1 pick to look forward to................oh wait we traded that to the #$@&%*! Crows!!!!

Big deal

Stocker will be a good player and we'll still have a top 15 pick

Exactly. This flowering mentality about no.1 picks needs to erased for ever from our mindset. For flowering sake.

The Lions have their hall of fame dinner that night, after the game. There's no way they'll take the foot off the pedal against us.

What Fasolo, Lang and Kennedy did today is similar to their output with the NB's, yes they got more of the ball but they weren't really knocking down the door. We have no midfield depth, our backline does ok considering the lack of pressure from our mids's. Our foward line is struggling due to very little ground cover pressure but McKay and Curnow are doing ok considering the forward entry. McKay and Curnow in a good system would have many more goals.

We need good consistent midfielders, until then we will continue to struggle. To much expected on Cripps, Dow, Walsh, SPS and Fisher.

So does Cripps, Charlie, Fisher, SPS....what’s your point? Mentality such as your is what has us in this mess. Tank, tank, tank.....

Trying to decide which will be less painful:

- attending this game
- sticking bamboo under my fingernails

All we need now is a few more mature midfield bodies and a game plan to suit the personnel...and a ruckman and a small forward.

And FFS replace Fasolo Lang and Kennedy, unless they can be programmed to kill it.

We have cap space.

We have round 1 pick, round 2 pick, two round 3 picks and a round 4 pick

The start of something new...hoping this change will make us a destination club.

I've heard there's a couple players already committed to coming to Carlton in 2020, but no names, nor age profile.

Can't help but think Barlow would have been a better option than Finbar O'Dwyer. Early doors but just a hunch.

Now that we've sacked the coach, what are we looking to do with the rest of the season? Pure development? Getting a few wins? Checking out the list and making a few assessments?

I have a feeling they're desperate for a win.

If Jones comes in one of Levi or Plowman goes out. On form it's the latter.
