I know I'm going to regret this because you seem to be in one of your moods but structure, clearances, presses and general setups such as kickouts are pathetic. Our forward line is a disgrace and has been all year, our clearance work has not improved and this with an additional midfield coach. I think you get the drift. No consider all our line coaches and ofcourse our general fitness guru and you get where Im coming from.....nah you won't - I just know you won't and you'll blame only Ratten.

He wears yoga pants. He and Tami meditate daily. The boy from Beverley Hills has taken a little bit of culture to North Randwick don't you think?

Surrey.....

coach gets $500k

others get $500k between them

Coach organises a vision on how he wants his team to play

He creates the structure of the team.

The skeleton/

The others including the recruiters and the conditioning people work to what the main coach wants as a vision.

Were a mish mash of alot of things and thats a reflection on the main coach....

He is paid to bring it all together....

Hes not paid for the others to organise a complete gameplan for him....

Its like when the assistants all go to Collingwood

Suddenly theyre all good....

When they come to us.. theyre shithouse

Any idea why?????

Synbad - you need to let your line coaches develop their area's and control the players relating to these area's. This is why we have so many coaches focusing on these various area's these days. Ratten or the main man, if you like controls the overall game plan, etc but the coaches control the minor details fo centre setups and forward structures if you like. Ratten would have a say but not fully. That's why these guys get paid and work full time as well. To help setup these various area's.
Ratten is the head coach and ultimately responsible for the team - the General Manager if you like but his management team run various departments / area's and are accountable for these day to day. If they fail they must take responsibility as well as the GM. If the GM was any good, he would be making changes here 1st and foremost. Unfortunately, I don't believe Ratten made the correct changes of late and might now suffer accordingly but these guys should not be left unaccountable.

That reminds me - and it's probably been mentioned elsewhere - but I've heard Scott Pendlebury and one other Pies midfielder in the last week heap praise on Robert Harvey, and what he has done with the likes of Beams, Sidebottom etc, yet I recall someone on here (I think) joking at the time of him leaving us that will be difficult to find a replacement who will be able to move the cones around at training...

I suspect something is afoot.

Either that or he's constipated.

That smirk is him enjoying what is happening to Carlton....

Surrey... if all the coaches are doing it.. why need a maain coach????

Just have caches for each sector and dont have a head coach.
In 16 years we pay off the debt

Interestingly enough, I have been reliably told that Roos has been a visitor to Raheen twice in the last few weeks. However the concerns and issues raised by Doc Sherrin in relation to Roos coming back to Melbourne were very much part of the conversations.

Don't think it will happen.

Apparently the food is really good. Ask Matthew and Lauren Pavlich. It'd be rude not to accept the invitation right?

..we could always go after the dalai lama, as a director of coaching.. ..that may be able to entice Roos..

PS. You really should stop doing close up promos on FoxFooty, we're sure you don't really have that many wrinkles.
