Sometimes faith is within and not of what others say that inspires us to believe in ourselves, so to the players are responsible for thier own faith in themselves. The sooner they realise this the better it would benifit them (the players)and what others say may it be a critisism or praise is irrelavent unless you start believing it, then they as players have choices and so does thCFC. So l don't believe Paganis at fault here andl don't think early picks will be the quick fix but it would help.
Well said rodent. I couldn't agree with you more. Early draft picks would help, but it is not a panacea.
Pagan is not the first coach to be frank about his list. Tell me a coach who doesn't want to improve his list!
Everything seems so bad because we're getting done, but things can change, even though it doesn't feel like it at the moment.
Pagan haters you may have a point though about some of the things Pagan does. I think his game plan doesn't suit the type of players we have. He, in my humblest of opinions, should mix it up a bit more maybe.
Out list is small. Maybe chipping it around from time to time - not all the time.
Well, it's true, I'm not Denis Pagan
