Fremantle (14.13.97) Carlton (11.18.84)

Good to see them continue to fight it out. We need 4 quarters like this.

Looks as though it was the 4 goal burst by the Dockers at the end of the 2nd that's going to screw us [apart from poor conversion etc] - very reminescent of recent years' lapses

And that we seemed to let them score every time we did in the 3rd, and couldn't make inroads on their score.

Oh well.....

Interesting battle coming up next week - can't wait to see who replaces Fev [assuming he's gone]

This loss hurts. Around the ground we went with them, some magic by Framer and Bell helped thier cause and oh, thanks Wallsy shut up will you!!!

Disposal! Disposal! Disposal! should be the catch cry for the rest of the season.

We should aim to demolish the Hawks otherwise the season is going to start looking fairly bad.

A game where I thought we controlled the 1st, 3rd and last qrt but let Freo kick 6 unanswered goals in the second qrt killed...

Poor conversion and some shocking disposal and no pace on a big ground.

Betts would of been handy with some pace in the forward line today..

Gotta give the boys credit for fighting the game out..

I couldn't stay away long! Totally agree BM - disposal is awful and has been all year. We just cannot hit a target consistently. Be prepared for a long season, trying to catch up. Did we over achieve last year? Probably, if what we see this year is any indication.
Serious issues with Brendon Fevola. The head is not right and will it ever?

Is it just me or would someone else like to see Fevola play form the goalsquare.

I think the tribunal will have a crack too. Friggin idiot!

Obviously we lost this game, again due to skill errors, but has the league dropped the holding the man rule ... @#$%&! the umpiring was shit in this game, for both sides, I lost count ot the times I wanted to chuck the remote through the hotel telly, on both Carlton's and Freo's behalf!
