I get the feeling Brad Fisher will be a gun for Carlton, he might be injured, but i thought he has done pretty good since his been in the club i just thought he was to thin and needs to bulk up to become a better footballer.

yep - our forward line, fully fit is going to be one of the best in the league.

T.Lo - Fevola - Betts
Waite - Whitnall - Fisher

looks awesome, i may be one eyed but i really rate our fully fit team.

T.Lo - Fevola - Deluca
Waite - Whitnall - Fisher
Camporeale - Scotland - Houla
Teague - Thorton - Lappin
Carazzo - Livingston - Norman
French - Kouta - Stevens

interchage - Walker, McGrath, Chambers, Wiggins/Davies

Yep I love Fish too. Although I do wonder if there'll be a spot for both he and T-Lo in our forward setup. Still, it's a nice problem to have. And with Fish in the 22 for tonight's game we'd ahve got an extra goal or three for sure.

When I saw T-Lo take a couple of those overhead marks tonight I thought straight away about Fish. Both are on the light side but can take a grab.
Agree with Camel if both T-Lo and Fish can fit into the forward line.
T-Lo probably has the nod with his kicking ability.

Both will play i think, if T Lo plays like today i think Morrell and Whitnall would be the two under pressure

Whitnall want be dropped but his contract will be at the end of the year if he ask for too much for Carlton.

One reason why Whitnall didn't move from Carlton at the end of last year, same reason will keep him at Carlton this year.

Fish Vs T-Lo

Fish clearly a better mark, T-Lo better on the lead......room for both and a crumber

Fish and T-Lo are different style players. I reckon when he adds a bit of bulk that Fish will be an exceptional forward, he's already a very strong overhead contested mark.
T-Lo appears to be a pretty good contested mark as well, but I think he's primarily a leading forward.

If you add Fish to that forward line, I think we will have a really damaging set-up that will stretch most team's backline.

I was just wondering, with Fish in, where does that leave Waite? I would like to see Waitey roaming free on a wing and pushing forward.

There has been talk of grooming him for CHB, but I would much prefer his creativity going forward.

Thoughts?

TLo is magic

even at Freo he was a significant burst player

He might only ever get 5 kicks a game, but if the 5 kicks are near goal, they'll be 5 big ones.

Medhurst and Farmer pushed Troy out of a spot at Freo more than his lack of performance.

Super pick up.
